Today will continue on with the wet and warm spring!

The current rainfall radar shows quite a bit of activity over the outlying islands and the nearby oceans. This should stretch up to the larger islands soon enough! Click the image to see the animation.


The vertical atmospheric sounding shows a fairly unstable atmosphere, low surface winds, and 53 mm (~2 inches) of precipitable water. Air quality should be improved from yesterday.


Satellite imagery shows a large line of clouds to the south of Fiji, that are stretching up into the islands. Additionally, a low pressure circulation is visible off the coast of Australia.
